USSX hosting ski cross camps at Ski Cooper. All alpine athletes are welcome to join. Learn the secrets of ski cross used by the pros. The curriculum includes both performance theory and on the snow training. Video analysis is used to help athletes recognise and overcome technical challenges. At the end of this camp, each athlete will receive an individual training plan.
Daily Schedule:
9:00 – 12:00 Morning training session.
12:00 – 1:30 Lunch break.
1:30 – 3:00 Afternoon training session + ski cross theory.
Required equipment: GS skis, helmet, back protector.
Each athlete to provide their own insurance.
Camp participants receive a discount on future training with USSX ski cross club.
