All items are sent via U.S. Postal Service, with a choice of either Standard Shipping or Priority Mail (U.S. and International). Each shipment includes insurance and tracking, in case of damage or loss.

Refund Policy

Standard Return Policy

shipping and handling costs. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be
remedied with replacements, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If
you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. Please keep in
mind, if you decide to return our product for your money back, you are required to pay for all
shipping costs.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging or additional charges may be

To Return a Product

· Wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging;

Cancelled and Rescheduled Events

In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP.
Cancelled Events – You’ll get an automatic refund using your purchase payment method.
Rescheduled Events – We’ll contact you with the new date and time. Can’t make the new date? Please contact us for more information or to request a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund conditions can be specific to seminar and event and will be fully disclosed before final purchase step.

General events refund policy:

  • All tickets for events are fully refundable 14 days prior to event.
  • We will refund 50% of the ticket price if you request it between 13 and 7 days before the event.
  • No Refunds less than 72 hour before the event.


Yes, we do provide exchanges! You may exchange your tickets only for events presented by the USSX. Exchanges must occur at least 72 hours before the event you need to change.
Tickets for events that have passed cannot be exchanged. When an exchange is made for a lower-priced ticket, a credit will be issued to be used. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be donated and expire in 12 months.
